Description

Roasted sausage and peppers make a delicious and easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (19 Oz. Size) Sausage
  • 10  Small Potatoes, Cut In Half
  • 1 whole Onion, Cut Into 10 Wedges
  • 2 whole Peppers, Cut Into 6 Pieces Each
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces. Place sausage and cut veggies on a sheet pan and sprinkle with olive oil. Depending on how salty your sausage is, add a bit of salt and pepper, mostly on the veggies.

Roast for about 30–40 minutes, turning pan and tossing once during cooking.
