Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Spaghetti
- 16 ounces, weight Fresh Or Frozen Large Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined (If Frozen, Thaw First)
- 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
- 2 whole Lemons, Half The Zest And All The Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Fresh Chopped Parsley, For Garnish
Preparation
Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Rinse, set aside.
Boil shrimp in Old Bay seasoning water for 4 minutes. Drain, set aside.
In a sauce pan on medium heat, add lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes, gently stirring.
Place spaghetti and shrimp on a large serving platter. Add lemon-garlic sauce and use tongs to toss and mix. Plate and serve garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
