Description

Here’s a delicious vegan cookie recipe. You don’t need any sweetener, because bananas are sweet enough. What’s even better is that the seeds will give the cookies some crispiness and will take them to the next level!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1 cup Chia Seeds

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).

Mash the banana with a fork or another tool and add the seeds. Mix the ingredients well and form equal balls out of the mixture. Put greased parchment paper on your tray so your cookies won’t stick.

Put the balls on the paper and flatten them a bit. Bake in preheated oven for 15–20 minutes. When they are done, let them cool down completely and then enjoy these delicious, healthy vegan treats!
