Description
This granola is easily customizable, and uses only honey for added sweetness.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Extra-thick Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Slivered Almonds
- ½ cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- ½ cups Raisins
- ¼ cups Canola Oil
- ¼ cups Honey
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
In a large bowl combine the oats, almonds, coconut, and raisins. Add in the canola oil and honey and stir to combine.
Place the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet covered with parchment paper and spread out as thinly as possible. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring the mixture every 5 minutes after the first 10 minutes, or until the mixture is golden brown. Let cool in the pan but stir every once in a while as it cools to prevent too much clumping. Enjoy!
