Ingredients
- 1 whole Lemon
- 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 2 pieces Salmon
- Oil, Salt And Pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Slice lemon in half. Cut half of the lemon into thin slices and save the other half for garnish or a side dish.
Place salmon in an oiled or greased baking dish. Add salt and pepper liberally. Sprinkle chopped garlic on top of fish and then layer on the sliced lemons to cover the entire surface of both salmon fillets.
Bake for about 20–25 minutes. When fish is flaky and not bright pink in the middle, it’s done. Serve with lemon and enjoy!
