Ingredients
- 4 ounces, weight Strawberries
- 1 Banana, Sliced
- 4 ounces, weight Plain Yogurt
- 2 cups Milk Of Choice
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seed
Preparation
Blend strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk and chia seeds on high speed for about half a minute until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve with straws.
