Description
A simple breakfast for when you run out of cereal and just don’t feel like dirtying the stove with eggs, pancakes or what-have-you.
Ingredients
- 6 Tablespoons (heaping) Vanilla Greek Non-fat Yogurt
- 6 Tablespoons Granola (make Them HEAPING Tablespoons!)
- 2 Strawberries, Chopped
Preparation
1. In a short glass, spoon 3 heaping tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom, followed by half of the granola (I used Trader Joe’s Blueberry Muesli) and half of the strawberries.
2. Repeat step one, then enjoy!
Notes:
Use this recipe as inspiration for your own yogurt parfait! Here are some ideas:
– Instead of strawberries, use blueberries, raspberries, chopped peach or apple.
– Instead of the muesli, use homemade granola or crumble up one of those packaged granola bars.
