Description
A simple pancake with a hint of cinnamon is the perfect combination to warm you on those cold mornings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 whole Large Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and stir until smooth.
Spoon approximately 1/4 cup batter onto a hot nonstick griddle or skillet coated lightly with oil or cooking spray. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked (you can lift one of the edges with a spatula slightly before flipping to check the edges).
Keep pancakes on a plate in oven or microwave while you finish making them to keep them warm. Top with butter, syrup, jam, applesauce, fruit, or your favorite topping. Enjoy!
