Description
A perfect portable snack, these simply seasoned chickpeas are tossed in olive oil then cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer. A great afternoon snack or a quick meal substitute between meetings or appointments!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Garbanzo Beans Or Chickpeas, Canned
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Open can of beans and drain. Combine beans, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl then toss to coat.
Place in air fryer basket, do not preheat. Cook at 400ºF for 8 minutes. Remove basket from air fryer, toss gently, and cook an additional 8 minutes.
Remove from air fryer and let cool. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to one week. Happy snacking!
