Ingredients
- ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
- ⅓ cups Water Or Milk Of Choice
- ½ whole Banana, Mashed
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Bean Paste Or Vanilla Extract
- Sweetener Of Choice, To Taste (optional)
- Your Favorite Oatmeal Toppings
Preparation
In a pot, mix together oats, water or milk, banana, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetener of choice (if desired).
Turn burner to medium high and cook oats until all liquid has been absorbed, about 3-5 minutes.
Transfer to bowl, add desired toppings, and eat!
