Description

Single-Serving Chocolate Chia Smoothie is creamy deliciousness without the gluten, soy, or dairy! It takes just a matter of minutes to make, and whether you savor it immediately or let it set in the fridge for a while, one thing remains the same: your tastebuds will go wild!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1  Avocado
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or Other Milk Of Your Choosing)
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • ¼ cups 100% Pure Honey (paleo) Or Agave Nectar (vegan)

Preparation

Combine cocoa, flesh of avocado, and almond milk in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth. Add chia seeds and honey or agave nectar and blend until seeds are ground down and aren’t visible to the eye.

Serve immediately for a milky consistency or let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes to thicken. Keep refrigerated.
