Description
I love margaritas but sometimes I don’t want a whole pitcherful, so this recipe is perfect for one serving. And it’s not that I don’t “want” a whole pitcher, but more that I’d drink the whole thing by myself.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Lime
- Rock Salt, For Rimming The Glass
- 3 Tablespoons White Tequila
- 3 Tablespoons Triple Sec Or Other Orange Liqueur
- ¼ cups Pineapple Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Frozen Limeade Concentrate
Preparation
1. Cut lime in half. Take 1/2 lime and cut into wedges. Save the other half for the margarita.
2. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass.
3. Dip the edges of the glass into the rock salt.
4. Fill a shaker up with ice.
5. Add tequila, orange-flavored liqueur, pineapple juice, limeade concentrate and lime juice from the remaining 1/2 lime.
6. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until super cold.
7. Place some ice in your glass. Don’t drop it in your glass or all the salt will fall off and that would be a shame.
8. Drink up.
9. Repeat.
