Description

This pasta dish is fresh, fast and full of flavor. It is a great way to have a fresh tasting meal in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Galic
  • 28 ounces, weight Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon White Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • ½ pounds Pasta, Cooked
  • 7 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley For Garnish

Preparation

Heat oil in sauce pan until shimmering. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add tomato sauce and sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss in cooked spaghetti. Top with tablespoonfuls of ricotta, as much as you like. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
