I love whipping this up on a hot day. Since it’s packed with protein and pretty low fat, I don’t feel too bad about indulging often!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Lowfat Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla-flavored Whey Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 whole Ripe Banana
- 1-½ Tablespoon Jell-o Instant (Sugar And Fat Free) Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
Preparation
(Use more ice cubes for a thicker drink and less for a thinner one.) Add milk, protein powder (I like Trader Joe’s brand), peanut butter, banana, and Jell-o mix to blender and mix until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend! This makes one big shake or a couple small ones.
