Description
A cold holiday coffee drink made with light eggnog, milk and topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Ingredients
- FOR THE FRAPPE:
- ½ cups Lite Eggnog
- ¼ cups Milk, Non-fat
- ½ teaspoons Stevia Or Sugar (to Taste)
- ½ cups Brewed Espresso Or Very Strong Coffee, Cold
- 5 whole Ice Cubes
- FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- 2 Tablespoons Whipped Topping (Cool Whip Or Homemade Whipped Cream), Fat Free
- 1 dash Nutmeg
Preparation
In a blender add all the ingredients except for your toppings and process until smooth. Pour into a cup and top with whipped cream and nutmeg.
