Description
A hot holiday coffee drink made with lite eggnog, milk and espresso topped with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Brewed Espresso Or Very Strong Coffee, Hot
- ½ cups Eggnog, Lite
- ¼ cups Non-fat Milk
- ½ teaspoons Stevia Or Sugar (to Taste)
- 1 dash Nutmeg
Preparation
Brew coffee/espresso and place in a mug.
In a small pan over medium heat, add eggnog, milk and sugar. Whisk together until heated and frothy, about 2 – 3 minutes. Pour into mug with coffee.
Garnish with nutmeg and or whipped cream.
For a cocktail add 1/2 shot of rum!
