Use some light veggies for this healthy smoothie!
Ingredients
- 2 stalks Celery, Cut Into Chunks
- ¼ cups Baby Spinach
- ½ cups Plain Yogurt
- ¼ cups 1% Milk
Preparation
In a blender, add celery pieces and pulse several times. Add spinach pulse several times. Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined and smooth.
