Skinny Mango and Cream Smoothies

Description

These skinny mango and cream smoothies are a fun play off peaches and cream, in smoothie form! They are healthy, hearty and the perfect post-workout snack!

Ingredients

  • ½ whole Banana
  • 1-½ cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ cups Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ⅓ cups Mango Nectar Or Juice

Preparation

In the pitcher of your blender, add the banana, frozen mango chunks, vanilla Greek yogurt, almond milk and mango nectar or juice. Blend on high speed for 1 minute, or longer, until smooth and creamy.

Adjust the ingredient amounts based on preference. For example, if you like a thinner smoothie, thin the mixture out with more milk or mango nectar. If you like a thicker smoothie, add the other half of the banana and/or more mango chunks.

Best served immediately but will keep in an airtight jar or container for a couple of days. Enjoy!
