Coffee blended with flavored peppermint extract, cocoa powder and nonfat milk.
Ingredients
- FOR THE FRAPPE:
- 1-½ cup Coffee, Partially Frozen
- ½ cups Non-fat Milk
- 2 teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ½ teaspoons Stevia To Taste
- ⅛ teaspoons Peppermint Extract
- ⅛ teaspoons Xanthan Gum (optional)
- FOR THE OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
- 2 Tablespoons Peppermint Whipped Cream
- 1 dash Chocolate Flakes
Preparation
In a blender, add all the frappe ingredients and process until smooth. Top with whipped cream and chocolate flakes, if desired.
