Skinny Raspberry Margaritas

    Description

    The Raspberry Margarita goes skinny!

    Ingredients

    • 3 ounces, weight Raspberries
    • 4 ounces, fluid Silver Tequila
    • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
    • 6 ounces, fluid Club Soda
    • 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar (or To Taste)
    • Raspberry Liqueur Or Triple Sec, To Taste (optional)

    Preparation

    Add the raspberries to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl. Pour the puree into the strainer to remove the seeds.

    Add the remaining ingredients plus the strained raspberry puree into a pitcher. Stir to combine. Serve over ice.
