Description
The flavors after cooking these for 6 hours are so terrific and the ribs come out so tender and scrumptious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
- ¼ cups Pure Honey
- ½ cups Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 rack Baby Back Ribs, Cut In Half To Fit In Slow Cooker
- 2 whole Mangos, Cubed
- 2 whole Shallots, Quartered
Preparation
In a bowl, add vegetable stock, honey, ketchup, mustard, and black pepper. Whisk together.
Place baby back ribs into the slow cooker. Add cubed mango and quartered shallots. Pour sauce over the ribs and place lid on slow cooker. Cook 6 hours on low.
There are great flavors in these ribs. Serve with roasted potatoes and a salad, if desired. It is a family favorite!
