Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast with Gravy is an easy Crockpot recipe that makes the best melt-in-your-mouth roast you will ever have with only 4 simple ingredients!
Ingredients
- 3 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 package (1 Oz. Size) Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1 package (0.7 Oz. Size) Italian Salad Dressing
- 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Low-sodium Beef Broth
Preparation
Place beef roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle with au jus gravy mix and Italian salad dressing mix. Pour beef broth over the top. Cook on low for 8–10 hours, or until meat is falling apart and tender.
Remove roast from slow cooker and shred. Return meat to slow cooker and combine with gravy.
Serve with vegetables and mashed potatoes.
