All you have to do is throw all the ingredients in a slow cooker and let the chocolate takes its course.
Ingredients
- 14 ounces, fluid Sweetened, Condensed Milk
- ½ cups Unsweetened Cocoa
- 5 cups Half-and-half
- 1-½ cup Heavy Cream
- 4 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Espresso Powder
Preparation
Place the slow cooker on low and allow to sit for 10 minutes to get warm. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and whisk cocoa powder to blend. Next, pour in the half-and-half and cream. Using a whisk, mix the ingredients.
Add chocolate, vanilla extract, and espresso powder. Stir occasionally and allow to cook for, at least, 1 1/2 hours. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
