Description

Fall off the bone tenderness with just the right hint of seasoning. Start these ribs in the slow cooker in the morning and dinner’s ready when you get home!

Ingredients

  • 2 racks Baby Back Pork Ribs
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Smoke Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Finely Ground Coffee
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce

Preparation

Rinse and pat dry the ribs.

In a small bowl, mix all the spices including salt and pepper. Rub the ribs generously on both sides with spice mixture.

Cut rib racks in four equal sections by holding on to the bone and sliding knife towards your left as you go down. Place rib sections inside your slow cooker, curved side towards the wall of the pot so the bony side of the rib rack is facing center of pot.

Cook ribs of high for 6–7 hours until flaky when you insert fork in them. Before serving, turn the broiler on your oven on.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place rib sections on it, meat side up. Brush with barbecue sauce and broil for about 5 minutes or until sauce is caramelized but not burned.
