Description
This would be really good for burritos, tacos or the filling in tamales.
Ingredients
- 1-½ pound Boneless Pork Loin Roast, Center Cut
- 10 ounces, fluid Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- ½ pinches Crushed Red Pepper
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Place pork roast into crockpot and add the rest of ingredients. Cook on low for 6 hours. During the last hour, take two forks and shred the meat in its own juices. Stir and let it finish cooking.
