Description

This would be really good for burritos, tacos or the filling in tamales.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ pound Boneless Pork Loin Roast, Center Cut
  • 10 ounces, fluid Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • ½ pinches Crushed Red Pepper
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Place pork roast into crockpot and add the rest of ingredients. Cook on low for 6 hours. During the last hour, take two forks and shred the meat in its own juices. Stir and let it finish cooking.
