Great dinner for two any weeknight.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Fish Stock Or Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
- 12 ounces, weight Fresh Halibut Fillets
- 2 pinches Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
- Lemon Wedges, To Serve
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a nonstick baking dish, add stock. Coat both sides of fillets with sea salt and smoked paprika. Place in baking dish. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
We love this served with lemon-parsley brown rice! Hope you enjoy!
