Delicious smoked lobster tail.
Ingredients
- 4 pieces Lobster Tail
- 2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 piece Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1 stick Butter, Melted
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and baste each lobster tail. Place lobster in the smoker and smoke for 30 minutes at 225ºF.
Baste the lobster again and smoke for an additional 30 minutes. Serve warm.
