Tender and juicy smoked pork tenderlion.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces (2 To 3 Lb. Size) Pork Tenderloin
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Peppercorns, Crushed
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Preparation
Start smoker and set temperature to 225ºF. Add apple wood chips.
Coat tenderloin with olive oil. Add all spices and coat tenderloin generously. Place tenderloin in smoker and smoke for 3 hours.
Rest tenderloin for 15 minutes before serving.
