Description
This simple smoked salmon pâté takes only 20 minutes to whip up and tastes divine. The flakes of fresh smoked salmon give it a fantastic texture and the lemon adds a little zing to the dish.
Ingredients
- 120 grams Smoked Salmon, Roughly Chopped, Divided
- 150 grams Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dill
- 1 teaspoon Chives
- 1 pinch Pepper
- ¼ cups Double Cream
Preparation
Take half of the smoked salmon and all of the other ingredients and blitz in your food processor.
Stir in the rest of the smoked salmon and season to taste. Garnish with a little dill and that’s it! Easiest. Recipe. Ever.
