Delicious smoked short ribs.
Ingredients
- FOR THE RUB:
- ¼ cups Garlic Powder
- ¼ cups Paprika
- 3 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- FOR THE RIBS:
- 10 pieces Beef Short Ribs
- ¼ cups Olive Oil
- ½ cups Apple Juice
Preparation
Combine rub ingredients in a bowl.
Brush ribs with olive oil and coat ribs with spice rub.
Place ribs in the smoker and cook at 225ºF for 3–4 hours or until meat temperature reaches 205ºF. Spray ribs with apple juice once every hour.
