Smoked Tuna Pate

Description

Tuna pate is super delicious and is an amazing appetizer served with crackers. It goes well with green salads, too. Personally, I just use a spoon to eat it right out of the jar.

Ingredients

  • 1  Onion, Chopped
  • 3 cans (480g Size) Smoked Tuna, Drained
  • 1  Carrot, Peeled And Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Dill

Preparation

Place onion in a glass full of water and let sit for 10 minutes; drain.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 2 minutes. If too thick, add a bit of water.

Transfer pate to an airtight jar and place in the fridge.
