Ingredients
- 1 whole Boneless Turkey Breast
- FOR THE RUB:
- 3 Tablespoons Poultry Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
- 12 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
Preparation
Mix the rub ingredients into a small bowl.
Season the turkey breast generously with the spice rub 1 hour before cooking.
Preheat smoker to 250ºF with applewood.
Place turkey breast in the smoker. Cook until internal meat temperature reaches 165ºF (3 1/2 to 4 hours). Let turkey breast rest for 10 minutes before serving
