Sneaky Banana Pancakes

Description

Banana pancakes that are so good you wouldn’t believe they’re healthy! No added sugar and whole wheat flour!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
  • ½ cups Plain Or Vanilla Yogurt
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 1  Egg
  • 1  Ripe, Mashed, Banana

Preparation

Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Then add oil, yogurt, milk, egg, and mashed banana.

Heat a skillet on medium heat. Ladle in about 1/4 cup pancake batter. Let cook until bubbles stop forming, flip and cook for about 3 minutes.

Enjoy with real maple syrup (my dad used to tap our trees, I’m a syrup snob!) and fruit, and lots of coffee!
