Description

I let hubby take one sip of my “diet” cocktail, and he stole it! I had to make two of these babies. 90 calories without rum. 125 with 1/2 an ounce of rum. Restaurant pina coladas can have 300+ calories!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (about 9 Oz. Size) Light Pina Colada Yogurt Smoothie
  • 2 drops Vanilla Extract
  • ½ ounces, fluid Rum
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Ice (or To Taste)

Preparation

Add yogurt smoothie, vanilla, rum, and cinnamon to the bottom of a blender. Then, add ice last.

Blend to desired consistency.
