Ingredients
- 200 grams Dark Chocolate
- 100 grams Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 150 grams White Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Rum
- 200 grams Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
Preparation
Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or double boiler (or a bowl set over a pan with simmering water, being careful not to let the water touch the base of the bowl). Set aside.
Mix eggs, sugar and rum. Add melted chocolate.
In a separate bowl, blend flour with salt, baking powder and cocoa. Gradually stir in the chocolate mixture.
Preheat oven to 150ºC (300ºF) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. With a teaspoon, shape small dough balls, leaving 4 inches space between the cookies. Bake for about 10 minutes.
