Description
Gluten-free and vegan Spanish Hot Chocolate.
Ingredients
- 240 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 45 grams Dairy Free Dark Chocolate
- 15 grams Caster Sugar
Preparation
Place milk and cornstarch into a saucepan. Whisk until cornstarch has dissolved. Heat milk until just before boiling. Turn heat down to low and stir in chocolate and sugar. Stir continuously until chocolate thickens.
Pour into little espresso cups and enjoy.
