Ingredients
- 800 grams Spare Ribs
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 6 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Red Pepper Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 100 milliliters Olive Oil
Preparation
Season spare ribs with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Marinate about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Place red pepper sauce, honey, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix everything well.
Remove spare ribs from marinade. Place ribs in a rectangular baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Brush spare ribs with sauce and bake about 50 minutes until golden brown. Occasionally drizzle the spare ribs with the sauce.
Remove ribs from the oven and serve with chips.
