Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoons Allspice
- ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Apples, Chopped
Preparation
Combine flour, cinnamon, allspice, baking soda and powder, and salt.
Mix together egg, milk, and butter.
Gradually add dry mixture to wet. Do not over mix; you want clumps!
Fold in apples. Let batter sit for 3-5 minutes.
Heat skillet and spoon about ½ cup of batter for each pancake.
Serve.
