Description
Go ahead and light that face on fire with this amazing spicy cabbage. It is perfect on any taco or simply to have with tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- ½ heads Green Cabbage
- ½ heads Purple Cabbage
- 1 whole Purple Onion
- 1 whole Jalapeno, 1/2 The Seeds Removed
- 4 whole Carrots, Scrubbed
- 1 bunch Radishes, Sliced
- 1 bunch Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- ½ cups White Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preparation
Add slicing attachment to a food processor. Add both cabbages, onion, jalapeno and carrots into the processor working in batches as needed. You will probably have to empty the bowl a few times.
Add all of the sliced veggies to a large bowl and add in radishes and cilantro. Add in lime juice, vinegar, salt and pepper. You may need to add more vinegar, salt and/or pepper depending on your taste. The cabbage mixture should be pretty moist, you don’t want it too dry. Give everything a good toss.
Cover bowl and let this lovely combination sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips or as a wonderful topping to tacos.
