Ingredients
- 1 pound Pizza Dough
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 whole Cooked Large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Shredded Or Cubed
- 1 whole Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Sliced (I Used A Yellow One)
- 2 whole Chili Peppers, Stem And Seeds Removed, Diced
- ½ cups Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced In Half
- Fresh Basil, For Garnish
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 425 F. Roll out your pizza dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone. Top the dough with the mozzarella cheese, followed by the chicken, peppers and tomatoes. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Remove from oven. Garnish with fresh basil ribbons and enjoy!
