Description
Spicy double chocolate chip cookies have a hint of heat and are perfectly chocolately. They’re just the right amount of decadence!
Ingredients
- 1-⅔ cup All-purpose Flour
- ¼ cups Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ½ cups Unsalted Butter, Melted And Cooled Slightly
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons Almond Milk
- ½ cups Dark Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare 2 large baking sheets and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk flour, cocoa power, cinnamon, cayenne, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, stir butter and sugar until combined. Add vanilla and almond milk.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix to combine. Finally, add dark chocolate chips.
Scoop dough in even portions with a spoon. Roll into a ball and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
