Description
Serving with jalapeno-infused tequila is highly recommended!
Ingredients
- 3 cups Tomato Juice
- 1 teaspoon Beef Bouillon Granules
- ⅓ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Celery Salt
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 whole Lime, Zested
- 3 teaspoons Cholula Hot Sauce
- ¼ cups Pickled Jalapeno Juice
- ⅓ cups Pickled Jalapeno Slices
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped White Onion
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large jar (everything except the jalapeno slices and onion). Put the lid on and shake to mix.
Add jalapeno slices and onion into a small food processor. Chop finely, then add 1/2 cup of the tomato juice mixture and mix until a puree is formed. Return mixture back into the jar, put the lid on and shake to mix.
Place in refrigerator overnight prior to serving. Serve over ice with jalapeno-infused tequila.
