Description
A creamy, slightly sweet, slightly spicy guacamole with chunks of freshly diced mango.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Diced, Seeded
- 1 clove Garlic
- 3 whole Avocados, Peeled And Pitted, Divided Use (save One Of The Pits)
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- ¼ cups Cilantro Leaves (I Used Garden Gourmet Cilantro Paste)
- ¼ teaspoons Salt, More To Taste
- 1 cup Mango, Diced Small (1 Cup Is Roughly 1 Medium-sized Mango)
Preparation
In a food processor, add jalapeno and garlic. Process until broken up. Add 2 of the avocados, the lime juice, cilantro and salt. Process until creamy and smooth.
Slice the last avocado and place it in the food processor, pulse just a couple of times. You want some chunks. Pour into a bowl and stir in mango.
Save your avocado seed and add it into the finished guacamole. This will keep the guacamole from turning brown. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
