The perfect combination of sweet and spice to kick start any occasion. An easy-peasy drink that can be made in no time.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Ice, Divided Use
- 1 sprig Fresh Mint, Leaves Removed
- 1 Tablespoon Rind Of Lemon/Lime – Optional
- ½ teaspoons Himalayan Pink Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice, Fresh Or From Concentrate
- ½ cups Lime Juice, Fresh Or Store Bought
- ½ cups White Tequila, Increase Or Decrease The Quantity As Desired
- ½ cups Triple Sec
- 1 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce (or Any Pepper-Based Light Texture Sauce Like Tapato/Cholula/Etc)
Preparation
In a large bowl, add ½ cup ice, mint leaves, lemon rind and spices. Muddle gently for a minute using a muddler. Now add all the remaining liquid ingredients into the bowl (except remaining ice). Stir to combine. Strain the entire contents into a serving pitcher/jar and chill until serving time.
Fill serving glasses halfway with ice, pour in the margaritas and serve chilled.
