Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Ancho Rub
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Sea Salt And Pepper, To Taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Wash and rinse chickpeas. Pat dry with a paper towel. Add all the spices and stir to combine.
Bake for 15 minutes. Give it a little stir and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Eat warm or cold. Store in an airtight jar once cooled off and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
