Spiked Pumpkin Pie White Hot Chocolate

Description

White hot chocolate with pumpkin puree and a shot of rum.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ounces, fluid Rum
  • Marshmallows, Optional For Serving

Preparation

Place all ingredients, except for the rum and marshmallows, in a medium-sized saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted and the liquid has thickened.

Pour into two coffee mugs, stir half of the rum into each mug, and top with marshmallows.
