Description
Sweet and tangy, with some “drunken” fruit on top.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces, fluid Frozen Pink Lemonade (or 1 Can)
- 36 ounces, fluid Water (or 3 Cans, Using Lemonade Can To Measure)
- 12 ounces, fluid Vodka (or 1 Can, Using Lemonade Can To Measure)
- 2 cups Sliced Fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
Preparation
1. Whisk together lemonade, water and vodka in a large pitcher. Top with strawberries and mix gently.
2. Clap mint leaves between your hands to bring out the flavor and aroma, then sprinkle on top of strawberries. Mix gently to intersperse the mint leaves with the strawberries.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours (however, the longer you refrigerate it, the “drunker” the strawberries will get). Keep cold until ready to serve, and carefully mix again with a spoon immediately before serving to mix any lemonade that’s settled out.
This is also great with fresh raspberries on top.
