Description

Creamy queso dip with spinach. The perfect dip for football season!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, I Used The One That Has Jalapeños In It
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 16 ounces, weight Salsa
  • 10 ounces, weight Frozen Chopped Spinach, Defrosted And Squeezed Of Excess Liquid
  • 1  Handful Chopped Cilantro (optional)
  • Tortilla Chips, To Serve

Preparation

Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese into large chunks. Add salsa, spinach and cilantro if you are using.

You can make this one of two ways. If you want to cook it in the oven, preheat oven to 350ºF. Put ingredients into baking dish. Cook about 30 minutes or until cheeses have melted. Stir often to combine. Or you can put everything into a small crockpot, heat on high about 1 hour until melted, then you can reduce the heat to low to keep warm.

Serve with tortilla chips.
