Serve over toast with goat choose or as a dip with corn chips. An easy, healthy spring treat!
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Chopped Strawberries
- ½ cups Cooked Corn
- 3 whole Sliced Green Onions
- 2 cloves Crush Garlic
- 1 bunch Finely Chopped Parsley
- ¼ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and let sit for about 20 minutes to let the flavors come to life. Taste and see if you want more pepper, salt, etc. Serve over toast with goat cheese or feta or just as a dip with corn chips. Enjoy!
