Description
Treat yourself to a yummy summer smoothie bowl, packed with peaches, apricots and cherries.
Ingredients
- 2 Apricots
- 1 Peach
- 10 Cherries
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
- ¼ teaspoons Turmeric
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- Your Favorite Toppings (See Note)
Preparation
Place fruit, almond butter, turmeric and almond milk in blender and puree until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and add toppings, or keep in an airtight container till ready to eat. You can also freeze the smoothie until ready to serve.
Note: Topping choices include walnuts, goji berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakes and a drizzle of honey.
